an update for our US customers!

“when will you ship to the US again?”

this has been the most asked question on all our socials over the past few weeks. if you’ve been wondering what’s going on, here’s a little behind the scenes update.

as many of you know, we’ve been working hard to set up a US warehouse. recent tariff changes made it almost impossible for us to continue shipping from canada, and we didn’t want to pass those unexpected fees onto you. while some might ask, why not just let customers pay the tariffs? — the reality is, not everyone is familiar with how those fees work. it creates confusion, frustration, and the impression that osume suddenly raised prices, which we really don’t want. so instead, we decided to fast-track a proper solution!

so what's the good news? we recently secured a warehouse space in the US! 🎉
does it look huge? yes.
is it just our small team figuring out how to use all this space? also yes 🫠

it might look empty now, but soon it’ll be filled with osume goodness. we’re currently organizing logistics, getting the necessary approvals, and making sure everything is set up properly. it’s a process, but we’re making steady progress. right now, we’re estimating that we’ll be ready sometime within 1-2 months (anytime between late july and early september).

once we’re up and running, we’ll resume shipping to the US with faster delivery times and no surprise fees. and the play75 will be one of the first things available when we launch!we know it’s been quiet, but we promise we’ve been working hard behind the scenes. thank you for your patience and support. more updates coming very soon!
