what are the shipping costs?

we offer free shipping for orders in Canada and the United States on orders over $125 USD. for orders in Canada and the United States under $125 USD, there is a flat shipping rate of $10 USD.

for shipments to United States, there is no duty, taxes or processing fees for orders under $580 USD when using DHL or USPS.

international shipping rates are calculated by our respective couriers during checkout.

please note that order values will be fully declared, and duties and taxes may apply to international regions. osume will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer.

how long will my order take to be processed?

fulfillment/processing times normally take around 2-5 business days (this excludes any weekends, potential holidays and breaks). if you place your order during high volume drops, packing your order can take up to an extra 5 business days (total of 10 business days). please note that we're a small team trying our best to get to your order as soon as possible and your patience is much appreciated during this time!

how long will my order take to arrive to me once its shipped?

United States - 1-14 business days
Canada - 1-9 business days
International - dependent on shipping option chosen during checkout

please note that these are only estimates provided by the shipping courier and exceptions apply. 

do you offer local pickup?

pickup is temporarily disabled for renovations. 

we offer local pickup at our warehouse during limited hours. our pickup time is as follows:

- Thursday 4:00PM to 8:00PM ET

if you are unable to pickup your order within 3 weeks after receiving the pickup confirmation, your order will be automatically cancelled.

if you are unable to make it for pickup, please contact customer service at your earliest convenience to schedule shipment instead. please note that if your order is below the $125 USD threshold that an invoice may be sent to cover shipping costs.

why was my order cancelled?

every order is scanned by an automatic filter and can be marked as fraudulent based on certain criteria. if your order is automatically cancelled after placing an order, please be sure to check that your billing information, name, and other information is correct. please also ensure that no proxy/vpn services are being used when placing the order.

under certain circumstances, orders may also be flagged as fraudulent based on suspicious customer activity. any orders/customers flagged for suspicious activity may be cancelled at osume's discretion. please note that we do not encourage activity related to mass reselling, botting or scalping in any way, and will flag customer accounts which exhibit similar behaviour patterns.
