I normally don't write reviews, but really feel that the team at Osume deserve a shoutout for their top notch customer service. I ordered this artisan keycap right before the U.S. shipping pause a couple months ago and when I received it, it appeared to have a slight defect. I was unsure about saying anything since I didn't want to make a fuss over something that may be small especially while significant changes in the U.S. were affecting small businesses in other countries. When I decided to ask about it anyway, they completely validated what I saw and graciously offered up a free replacement! As soon as they were able to they sent the new one which arrived in pristine condition. It's such a cute and well-made artisan key and really elevates my zen keycap set! I'm very satisfied with the product (and everything else I've ordered from this company), but even more grateful for Osume's team.

I love this. The colors pop, and very well made. But that's what to expect from Osume.
