I ordered the Dalgona x Aurora ikki collab a while back. There were some delays because the case that was being manufactured was not up to their standard. Which delayed the delivery a few weeks. When it did ship they also included the leftover case from the first batch as well. The items came well secured, well taken care of. And I got a nice thank you note from them. The packaging is great and high quality as well. Overall, great first experience on my end, will order from them again

I have loved all of my Osume sets! I have Sakura, Matcha, and Dalgona, and I can't wait to get so many more! The quality is great, the designs are beautiful, and I LOVE that I can count on the Osume to keep things in stock instead of group buying. I don't buy my key caps anywhere else 💛

I think Osume makes really cool products and has designs that can please anybody. I'm always eager to see what new designs are being released, and I'm running out of keyboards to use! I don't love the manual labor of swapping out keys, but the satisfaction after completing a very aesthetically pleasing keyboard makes it worth it. I also believe we get great value for the products. Deskmats are very affordable for high quality, and the keycaps make any keyboard a dream to type on. Please continue to expand your creativity and cute designs!
So far I've had excellent customer service. I lost one of rubber feet on my keyboard when traveling. The team quickly provided a solution so I could order extra feet. I had a question about my points, the team quickly resolved my issues. Question about switches - yep, they were able to answer my questions (in hours).
Each time, I'm amazed and delighted by the prompt replies and helpful answers. Even when there have been glitches - and let's face it, life comes with glitches - the customer support has been on point. Add that to the high quality goods (keyboards, keycaps, switches) and this store is just a joy to shop at.

The colorways of EVERY product are so pleasing and I love admiring my Kanagawa keycaps every day. I just purchased the Kanagawa deskmat and can't wait until it arrives! The only thing I wish I had was a little more cash flow to purchase items more regulary; ha.

I got the marshmallow Dalgona keycaps and I love how rounded the marshmallow keys are (please add more!) and how simplified and cute some icons can be (like delete, page up, page down, etc). They were a bit shiny that what I expected but definitely come with good quality
