I picked up a set of Osume Sakura Linear Switches out of curiosity, and after spending some time with them, I have to say—they’re pretty impressive. If you’re looking for a smooth, soft linear switch with a touch of aesthetic charm, these are worth considering.

These switches are super smooth right out of the box, which I really appreciate. Some linears can feel a little scratchy until you lube them, but these are factory-lubed and already feel great. The actuation force is pretty light, making them easy to press without feeling too mushy.

As for sound, they have a soft, thocky profile rather than a high-pitched clack. It’s a really satisfying sound, especially if you’re into a quieter typing experience. They’re not silent, but they’re definitely not loud either—kind of a perfect middle ground.
