we're excited to share that our new loyalty program is officially live!
while you'll still earn points, redeem rewards, and enjoy VIP benefits just as before, we've also taken this opportunity to introduce a few new features to make your experience even better.
introducing milestones
one of the biggest additions is our new milestone program.
every purchase now brings you closer to unlocking lifetime milestones. as you reach each milestone, you'll earn exclusive rewards ranging from discount coupons to free products.
we're making VIP tiers more forgiving
your spending now carries forward until you unlock your next VIP tier, so you no longer lose your progress every calendar year.
once you’ve unlocked a VIP tier, you’ll enjoy a full year of exclusive benefits. renew your tier by meeting its annual spending goal to continue enjoying your perks while keeping your progress toward the next VIP tier.
if you don't meet your renewal goal, you won't lose everything. you'll only move down one VIP tier and start a new progression toward your next upgrade, making it easier to keep your benefits and work your way back up.
your account has been migrated
we've done our best to migrate all loyalty data, including your points, VIP tier, and progress, to our new platform.
however, because this was a large migration, there's always a chance something may not have transferred exactly as expected.
if you notice anything that looks incorrect, whether it's your points balance, VIP status, etc. please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. we'll be happy to review your account and make any necessary adjustments.
we are currently still working on transferring redeem coupons, the migration process for this will take a few days.

will i lose my points?
no! your points have been transferred to our new loyalty program.
has my VIP tier changed?
your existing VIP status has been carried over as part of the migration.
because our new VIP system works a little differently, some customers may see a change in their tier. if your tier would have been downgraded during the transition, we've honoured your previous tier for the remainder of your VIP year with a manual adjustment. if you've been upgraded, congratulations and enjoy your new benefits!
where are my current rewards?
rewards are more complicated and are still in the process of migrating. your rewards should be available in your account by the end of the week.
what are milestones?
milestones are lifetime spending achievements that unlock exclusive rewards as you continue shopping with us. note that milestones are not retroactively applied.
something doesn't look right on my account. what should i do?
please contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to investigate and correct any migration issues as quickly as possible.
