hi everyone! we've been receiving a lot of dms and e-mails regarding the status of your orders from the december 19th drop, so we'd just like to make a quick announcement.
if your order has not been fulfilled yet from december 19th, this is completely normal. as we mentioned previously, our team will be on break for the holidays in which fulfillment and customer service will not take place. we anticipate that some orders from this drop will not be fulfilled until early january. we are currently on track for all orders.
we kindly ask for your patience as we sort through your orders and to refrain from sending in tickets in regards to this issue as we'd like to get through as many customer service requests as possible!
