Osume has wonderful customer service and transparent practices. The packaging is clearly well though out and even if it takes some time for orders to get to me (due to their busy-ness or due to the postal system being slow), the products always make me happy.
From all the brands I've ever purchased from, I've never seen a brand so committed to their customers (includes brands outside of keyboards!). From improving or expanding products, everything is done in response to requests or reviews they see even if it was just brought up by a single person. 100% appreciate everything that they do and will forever keep purchasing from Osume to support their business.

There really is no other store like Osume for custom keyboard products. Every single one of their keycap sets looks amazing, as with their other product lines, their whole aesthetic is just perfect for me. It can be frustratingly hard to find retailers with keycap sets in stock, but Osume is pretty good on that front from my experience. You won't need to sit there waiting to snipe an order before it gets sold out. They also have the best packaging, and with that same cute aesthetic each box is almost a set piece itself. Never had an issue with any of their products, I love them!

One of the two classic deskmats we purchased came with a blemish and the edges started to deteriorate. Was not expecting nor requesting a replacement and yet, Osume contacted us and decided to send two replacements at zero charge.
I love Osume so much! This is the only keyboard brand that I fully trust, and know that I will receive my order; along with my items. Their customer service is the best customer service I have ever been in contact with. On one particular order that I placed last year, I didn't receive a keycap set that I had ordered. I reached out to the customer service team, and they promptly sent me a replacement set that I hadn't received in my original order! I didn't need to pay for shipping too! I absolutely love this brand and will be a returning customer.
