So far I've had excellent customer service. I lost one of rubber feet on my keyboard when traveling. The team quickly provided a solution so I could order extra feet. I had a question about my points, the team quickly resolved my issues. Question about switches - yep, they were able to answer my questions (in hours).
Each time, I'm amazed and delighted by the prompt replies and helpful answers. Even when there have been glitches - and let's face it, life comes with glitches - the customer support has been on point. Add that to the high quality goods (keyboards, keycaps, switches) and this store is just a joy to shop at.

I got the marshmallow Dalgona keycaps and I love how rounded the marshmallow keys are (please add more!) and how simplified and cute some icons can be (like delete, page up, page down, etc). They were a bit shiny that what I expected but definitely come with good quality

I purchased the Year of the Rabbit keycaps a few years ago for my Rainy 75 home keyboard. I've used it frequently since then as I was a graduate student for the past few years. The keycaps are really high quality and a gorgeous color. Overall, osume produces amazing products!

A few years ago, I bought my first barebones keyboard. I asked a friend for a suggestion on switches and keycaps since I was super new to the whole concept. She recommended osume and I was hesitant at first because they were pricier than I was expecting. Especially because there are so many choices as well. But I decided to take a shot and ordered the mori keycaps and matcha switches. And I'm super glad that I did because they made me love my keyboard that much more! The 3 different colors featured in the mori keycaps are so pretty and compliment each other nicely. I love that they offer the same keycap in different shades so that you can play around with the combinations as well. And the switches sounded smooth in my custom keyboard, providing the perfect touch each time I type. I'm honestly so happy that I decided to purchase from osume. Their products are high-quality and well made and you can't go wrong with them!

I've been a customer for a little over a year at this point, I think. Not only are Osume's items high quality and unique (and adorable!), but the customer service has been wonderful every time. I've been able to replace individual keys, was kindly and promptly sent a replacement novelty set when I received the wrong one due a packaging mix-up, and more. I've never had to wait particularly long to receive replies and help from customer service, and for that I'm grateful. Beyond that, shipping has never been an issue either. I highly recommend if Osume's aesthetics are your vibe, they're worth their prices and I know I'll continue to be a customer for some time.
Osume has wonderful customer service and transparent practices. The packaging is clearly well though out and even if it takes some time for orders to get to me (due to their busy-ness or due to the postal system being slow), the products always make me happy.
