where do your products ship from?

we're based in Ontario, Canada and ship from there too!

can i cancel/modify my order?

for modifications to orders, such as address changes or adding items, please contact us at hello@osume.com. please note that order modifications can only be made before your order is processed and are not guaranteed.

what is your return/exchange policy?

we understand that sometimes minds can change, we offer refunds/exchanges on unopened products and store credit for opened products within 14 days! please visit our return policy page for information on our returns and exchanges.

do you have a physical store?

yes! our physical storefront is located at 1-151 Bentley St, Markham, ON, L3R 3X9, Canada. we are open Thursdays and Saturdays from 12-7PM ET. all pickups are also processed at this location.

how do rewards points work?

reward points are obtained based on order value and points can be used to redeem discount codes towards future purchases. please note that if you require your points to be consolidated from two separate e-mail accounts, you will have to contact customer service at hello@osume.com.

our reward program also offers a tier based system based on total spent for the calendar year. various entry rewards await you at each tier! find out more here

please note that orders that are cancelled with discount codes applied cannot be reinstated.

are your items group buy/preorder?

in 2022, we achieved our goal of moving from a preorder model to a strictly in-stock model, and plan to continue doing so for the foreseeable future. your support towards osume helps us achieve more accessible levels of stock for everyone, one step at a time.

how are the quality of the keycaps?

we pride ourselves in maintaining a high quality of standards for our keycaps. because our keycaps are dye subbed PBT, we do have some quality standards we adhere to here.

when are your keycap sets restocking?

we strive to restock our sets as soon as possible but cannot provide a confirmed date due to the uncertainties of shipping circumstances across the world. you may subscribe to be notified for restocks via the "notify me" button on sold out products to be alerted immediately when a product restocks. alternatively, we welcome you to join our discord or follow us on instagram as we frequently post updates on when products plan to restock or open up again for sale.

how can I collaborate with osume?

we're sincerely grateful we've received the attention of so many talented influencers! if you'd like to work with us long term on a commission basis, we offer our affiliate program! in order to pick the best fit for osume, we kindly ask for you to apply for our affiliate program here: as we receive many requests, your approval is not guaranteed.
