returns & exchanges

before initiating your online return, you must contact customer service at hello@osume.com for your next steps. online returns that have not been processed by our customer service team first will not be accepted. in-store returns do not need to be processed by our customer service team prior.

general return policy

if the product you have received is not what you expected, or you've simply changed your mind, we offer refunds to your original payment method for unopened products, or store credit for opened products within 14 days after delivered status. return shipping costs will not be covered by us (products that experience damage/quality related issues excepted). 

all returns must include the original packaging (including any extras included with the product such as prints, stickers, business card). otherwise, the value of missing items may be deducted from the return.

in-store return policy

returns & exchanges for purchases in store is easy. simply walk into our store and speak to the cashier to initiate your return! only returns with a receipt will be accepted. we offer refunds to your original payment method for unopened products, or exchanges for opened products within 14 days after the purchase date. 

products purchased in person can only be returned or exchanged in store. clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, but are still covered under our general warranty & replacement policy.

apparel return policy

we offer returns and exchanges on apparel products with sizes within 14 days of receiving the product. return shipping costs will not be covered by us (products that experience damage/quality related issues excepted). if size exchanges are unavailable, we can only offer refunds. all returns must include the original packaging and be free of pet stains, hair, etc. otherwise, the value of damaged items may be deducted from the return, or we may ship back your product.

apparel purchased in store can only be returned & exchanged in store, please refer to our in-store return policy for more information.

damaged products or quality issues?

if you experience any issues with your order please email us at hello@osume.com and we will try our best to resolve them. refunds may be offered if we cannot find an adequate solution.
