returns & exchanges
aside from apparel, we do not offer returns or refunds on our pre-orders and in-stock products. if there is a problem, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve any issues. refunds may be offered if we cannot find an adequate solution for certain issues.

we offer returns and exchanges on apparel products with sizes within 14 days of receiving the products. however, pre-paid return labels will not be provided by us. if size exchanges are unavailable, we can only offer refunds. if the apparel is returned in unsellable condition (stains, pet hair), we may not be able to refund your order and ship back your product.
