modifications are accepted as long as your order has not been processed. please note that submitting a ticket takes around 2-5 business days for a response. there is no guarantee that your order can be modified once placed.

why was my order cancelled?

ocassionally we run into situations where there is unsufficient inventory to fulfill your order. in the event that this occurs, your order may be automatically cancelled, or support will contact you directly to work out a resolution.

every order is scanned by an automatic filter and can be marked as fraudulent based on certain criteria. if your order is automatically cancelled after placing an order, please be sure to check that your billing information, name, and other information is correct. please also ensure that no proxy/vpn services are being used when placing the order.

under certain circumstances, orders may also be flagged as fraudulent based on suspicious customer activity. any orders/customers flagged for suspicious activity may be cancelled at osume's discretion. please note that we do not encourage activity related to mass reselling, botting or scalping in any way, and will flag customer accounts which exhibit similar behaviour patterns.
