keyboards
warranty coverage
our keyboards are eligible for limited warranty support for up to one year from purchase date. we warrant the product to remain in working condition when used normally in accordance with the official documentation for the applicable. any cosmetic defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product, failure to report cosmetic defects within this timeframe will void any replacement support for the applicable defects.
if product is eligible for warranty support, osume will provide replacements/repair services for defective parts. certain limitations and exclusions will apply to our limited warranty program. this limited warranty program does not cover any damage to the product caused by third-party software or accessories/parts/components not endorsed or made by osume; damage caused by service/repair performed by anyone who is not officially an employee or endorsed by osume; unacceptable use or care of the product, including misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized operation of the product outside of osume’s recommend parameters; claims arising from external causes including (without limitation) accidents, liquid contact, fire/earthquake, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear.

keycaps
warranty coverage
replacements are available for keycaps with missing items, dents, scratches and scuffs only within 14 days of receiving the order to ensure that the products are in unused condition. we encourage all buyers to carefully inspect the product within that timeframe. if replacements are otherwise required for defects that do not fall under missing items, dents, scratches and scuffs, we allow 30 days to submit a replacement request. you may contact us at hello@osume.com to request a replacement.
accidental damages
we understand that accidents happen and keys can be misplaced during use. we now offer/accept requests for individual key replacements past the 14 day deadline. however each replacement request will be charged a $5 replacement fee and all shipping costs are the customers responsibility. due to the limited quantity of certain items, not all replacements will be made available and we reserve the right to reject requests that fall under accidental damages. please contact us at hello@osume.com to find out if you are eligible.
cables
warranty coverage
replacements are available for cables with dents, scratches and scuffs only within 14 days of receiving the order to ensure that the products are in unused condition. we encourage all buyers to carefully inspect the product within that timeframe. you may contact us at hello@osume.com to request a replacement.
the cables are warrantied to be in working condition for up to 1 year, aside from accidental damages. if your cable experiences any issues within 1 year of purchase date, please e-mail hello@osume.com to request a replacement.
other products
