colour

metal artisans that are inspired by our osume collection series are not intended to be an exact match in colour, rather, inspired by the theme of the collection.

tolerance

due to the manufacturing process of metal artisans and the natural variances between switch manufacturers, fitment can vary from piece to piece. our metal artisans are intentionally produced with slightly looser tolerances to prevent potential damage to switch stems and to allow for easier adjustment, as tightening a looser fit is significantly more feasible than loosening an overly tight one.

stem adjustment

tools needed

• long nose pliers
• paper towel

tightening the stem

place the paper towel over the stem of the metal artisan to protect it from possible damage from the pliers.

carefully squeeze the pliers to tighten the stem. ensure you’re squeezing lightly at a time and test frequently to avoid overtightening.

adjust the tightness as needed and check if it sits on your switch securely.
