hi everyone! we’re excited to officially launch the nemui keyboard on December 17th!
as part of our commitment to quality, we want to address an issue upfront to ensure every customer gets the product they expect and deserve.
what's happened?
some nemui keyboards may experience a slightly stiffer o-ring mount caused by the PCB due to a manufacturing variance. while this won’t impact every user, we’re taking proactive steps to ensure your nemui is perfect.
here's the good news
we've been working behind the scenes to develop a new replacement PCB which has been tested and will account for all variances to solve the mentioned issue.
all nemui purchases can expect to receive a notice card in the package to apply for a free replacement PCB.
due to the variances, we were unfortunately unable to catch this pre-production, however, on the bright side, all nemuis will essentially come with two pcbs! still not too bad, right?

prebuilt nemui customers
customers who have purchased the prebuilt variant and do not plan on using it beyond its original configuration will not be impacted by this issue.
