regarding US shipments and new policies

hello everyone,

unfortunately, due to the recent US tariffs and cancellation of de minimis enacted this weekend, we are forced to make some changes regarding our shipping policies. this policy change mainly affects our US shoppers, so we ask for your patience as we try to navigate these changes. at this moment, it is unclear whether or not these changes will be here to stay, however we are hopeful that we will see improvement moving forward.

temporary suspension of US orders
we’re pausing all US orders until Friday Feb 7 at 5pm EST so we can handle the orders that have been placed up until this point. this suspension period may extend if any new information releases that affects shipping from Canada to the US.

shipping changes moving forward
once the suspension has ended, free shipping to the US will no longer be available. standard shipping will now be based on live FedEx rates at checkout as they will be our only courier to the US going forward.

status on current orders
if you’ve placed an order with us between Feb 1-4 and have received a USPS or UPS tracking number, don’t worry! your order is still on its way with no added tariff costs. however, they may be slightly delayed as they go through formal clearance.

for orders that were shipped through APC within the same timeframe, it may be delayed or possibly returned to us. in the event that it’s returned, we will re-ship it using another courier.

unfulfilled orders will incur additional tariff costs ranging from 10-35%, depending on the product. as we do not want our customers to bear any unexpected costs, we are offering the option to cancel your order before it ships. our customer service team will reach out within the next few business days to confirm how you’d like to proceed. if you’re comfortable with the added costs, we will begin shipping orders via fedex on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

as for returns and replacement requests, they will be delayed for the time being while we work on a resolution.
