learn how to share yoursthe mochi switches are by far one of my favorite switches they’re so satisfying to type on the perfect balance between linear and thock
As someone who often prefers tactiles, I've been on the lookout for a linear to try that isn't too light or too heavy to shake things up a bit. Every linear I've tried has sounded great in my boards, but the typing experience usually ends with me converting back to my usual tactiles! The Mochis though haven't met the same fate. They're in that sweet spot where they're aren't so light I sacrifice speed & accuracy, and aren't so heavy they impede longer typing sessions. Would definitely say the 50g force is a perfect middle ground if 55+ is too heavy like it is for me (I get finger strain) and < 40 is too light. They're staying put for the foreseeable future, and I'll definitely be adding more to my switch collection.
I've mainly used tactile switches - my main driver had zealios 2.0s for about 4 years - before I recently switched over to linear switches and man, these are a dream. I bought a 70 +3 10 packs since the 90 was sold out to use in my full work keyboard and I just find myself typing even though I have no reason to just because I like how creamy it sounds and it just types so well. Definitely recommend!!
The switches feel fantastic. They have a great response feel for what I was looking for. The colors were randomized well (I didn't get all of one color or mostly one color).
