rewards program terms & conditions

the osume rewards program is our way of saying thank you for supporting us. please review the following terms to understand how the program works and how to make the most of your rewards.

earning points

you’ll earn 5 points for every $1 usd spent on eligible purchases.
points are awarded once your order has been fulfilled.
to begin earning and tracking points, create an account and place an order.
points will not be awarded on canceled, returned, or refunded orders.

redeeming points

points can be redeemed for discount vouchers or reward products.
points cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
if you accidentally redeem a reward or coupon, you can email us at hello@osume.com — our team will help revert your points.

reward stacking

there are two types of rewards:

product rewards (e.g. free gifts, item discounts)
order rewards (e.g. cart-wide discounts)

you may stack:

product rewards with other product rewards
product rewards with order rewards

you may not stack:

order rewards with other order rewards

examples:

✅ 10% off + free postcard pack
✅ free postcard pack + free metal artisan
❌ 10% off + $20 off
❌ 10% off + 15% off

tier system

your membership tier is based on your annual spend and resets at the start of each calendar year.

bronze – all accounts start here
silver – $500+ usd spent: bonus points, exclusive coupons & offers
gold – $1500+ usd spent: 2x points, exclusive coupons, free metal artisan & more

each tier includes all rewards from lower tiers.

first-time vs ongoing rewards

first-time rewards are issued the first time you reach a new tier. these are not reissued if you re-enter or retain the same tier in future years.
ongoing rewards (such as bonus point multipliers) remain active as long as you stay in that tier.

points & moderation

all rewards are subject to moderation.
points may be adjusted in cases of fraud, abuse, or order returns.
reviews submitted for points must follow our review guidelines to remain eligible.
repeated misuse may result in point-earning privileges being revoked.
